Welcome to This Mormon Life.

NPR airs a program called This American Life.  Some of us are devout followers, some occasional listeners, and others completely unfamiliar.  Each episode contains stories from contributors, all revolving around a certain theme.  The stories of comedians, journalists, scholars and average joes combine to tell a deeper story.  It’s a relatively good way to spend an hour listening to the radio.

Here on This Mormon Life, we’ll attempt something similar.  Our writers will have a different theme each month, and we’ll compile stories relating to the theme.  Some stories will relate directly to the LDS church, but many won’t.  Some stories you’ll relate to, others may be remarkably foreign.  Without further ado:

    To Whom It May Concern,

My name is Seth Lind. I’m the production manager for the public radio show This American Life.

We’re happy to hear that you enjoy the show, but we have to ask that you please remove the words “A subset of This American Life” from your website. This inaccurately suggests an association between your site and our show, and is a violation of our copyright. Please email me to confirm that you have removed it.

Also, please note that our show is produced by Chicago Public Radio and distributed by Public Radio International. It is not produced or distributed by NPR.

    Thank you.

    Sincerely,
    Seth Lind
